Christine Heath and Judy Sedgeman
Having collaborated on various projects over the years, we decided to create this podcast to show the world that psychology has it backwards.
Christine Heath, LMFT, CSAC, MAC
Christine is a licensed marriage and family therapist in both Hawaii and Minnesota, and is the co-founder and executive director of the Hawaii Counseling and Education Center, Inc.
Her passion is to help people to realize that they are able to recover from any trauma or mental distress. They can save their marriages and create healthy families.
Christine has been a trainer in work involving the Three Principles for over 30 years. In addition, she provides training and supervision for professionals, and is a consultant and trainer worldwide for social services and health care agencies, businesses and special education professionals.
Judith A. Sedgeman, EdD
Judy has been dedicated to sharing the Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought professionally for more than 30 years. Dr. Sedgeman has worked over the years with many other practitioners of the Three Principles throughout the United States and around the world. She has been a consultant, a University professor, an Institute Director, and a mentor.
Collaboration and partnership are the keys to extending the power of the Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought to awaken health and well-being across diverse populations. Dr. Sedgeman has long been a leader in mentoring, teaching and practicing leadership in the presentation and development of Three Principles education and services.
