What's Next?
You’ll receive an e-mail from us confirming your registration(s) and an e-mailed receipt from Stripe, our credit card processor.
If this is your first time with us at The Program, please expect an additional e-mail with Subject: The Program ☀️ “My Account” Access. This message contains important details about accessing your account.
Reminder E-mails
In the time leading up to each meeting, all registrants should (but may not always) receive 3 reminder e-mails with the Zoom access link:
- 24 hours before start
- 2 hours before start
- 15 minutes before start time
We generally allow participants to wait in the Zoom waiting room until several minutes after the hour, when we let everyone in at once. If you’re a little late, we will let you in when you arrive. We might run a few minutes over time. It’s fine; just relax…

To reschedule, cancel, and/or sign up for more sessions, please log in to your Customer Panel.
